About Courtney

Hi there! I’m so glad you have taken the time to flip through my site.
Creativity has always been an important part of my life. As a small child I claimed that one day I would be an artist. When I was in high school, I discovered photography and my young dream began to become true. I learned all that I could about the art of photography and eventually I got a job working for a wedding photographer. I worked as a photographer through college while I got my Bachelor’s of Art in Studio Art with a minor in English. After college, I went to France to study Renaissance painting techniques with a master painter at Le Atelier Neo Medici. During this time I fell in love with travel & travel photography.

For several years, I worked as a freelance photographer. And then I discovered a new gift: design. I obtained a post-baccalaureate certificate from the University of Texas at Austin in Graphic Design. Additionally, I have taken several supplementary online courses in design and have been doing design work for several years now.

Now, all of those experiences in my life influence my work as a copywriter & content creator. I allow my training in fine art and experience as a photographer to feed the content I create. My English studies inform my copywriting. Plus, I gain a ton of inspiration from all of my travels. Looking at brands as a complete work of art helps me create something unique and beautiful for my clients.
