Cherise: Headshots with a Twist

Cherise asked me to take some graduation/ professional portraits for her. It was both a celebration of finishing college and a creation of some boss lady head shots she could take with her into her career. I have to say, this hard-working professional sure knew how to work it: proof that you can be a boss and a babe at the same time.

I just love the location she chose for her portraits. We met in a part of Seattle called Interbay, parked our cars right beside the train tracks, and proceeded to work this super modern pedestrian bridge.
I think that urban background is just the perfect contrast for these beautiful photos.

What’s the twist you ask?
Professional headshots behind us, we did a second half of this photo shoot.
A second half in which Cherise got to live out her dreams of looking a bit like a mermaid.

I’d say she nailed it: boss-lady graduation photos and magical mermaid portraits.
